Giovanni Monti approached to the music since young, he studied in Conservatory where he graduated in piano, composition and Choir Direction. Then he attends the "Chigiana" Academy in Siena where he studies "Movies music" with M° Luis Bacalov and M° Nicola Piovani.
He studies "Orchestra Direction" too with M° Nicola Samale and M° Francesco Vizioli.
In the C.E.T. (European School), which is directed by Giulio Rapetti, in art Mogol, he improves his repertoire in "light music".
Among his most important experience: "The World Concert For Life and Peace" in Christmas 2002 with the soprano Luciana Serra and the tenor Joseph Giacomini; musical direction of "Rancia's company" with Saverio Marconi as artistic manager; the great works with the show girl Michelle Hunziker in "Cabaret" musical and in "Festival di Sanremo" in 2007; musical direction of "Pippi Calzelunghe" musical with Gigi Proietti as artistic supervision and Fabrizio Angelini's regal; a lot of show project "poetry and music" with Walter Maestosi's regal. And then, people like Chiara Noschese, Christian Ginepro, Luca Ward, Marina Occhiena, Gianni De Feo, Harold Bradley, Daniela Barra who works whit Giovanni Monti and confirm him as great musician.
Since 2005 he is artistic manager of the Poliphonic Choir "Lumina Vocis" which whom he perform in Italy and in other countries with concerts of sacred and secular repertoire of the most important composer since 1500 to nowdays.
